The board is comprised of 7 members.  Board members are elected at the annual meeting in June.  In even years, three board seats are filled.  In odd years, 4 board seats are filled.  A board term is 2  years.  Board members may serve two consecutive terms.

Board Meetings

There is no set day of the month for board meetings, due to the difficulty of finding a date when all members can attend. Rather at each meeting, the members can select a date for the following month. Meetings are held on Zoom. The date will be posted in the message boards at the mailboxes & at the Hassman greenspace. Please email board@rockfordwoods.com 48 hours prior to the meeting date and a link will be sent to you. All residents are welcome to attend.
